There are some different ways to interpret this, but the way you said it sounds self-centered. I would like to say that my goal as a Christian is to use as much of my time as possible serving God and others because I need to prioritize that in order to be less selfish, so that I can work toward the ultimate goal of salvation, which ain't gonna happen if I am just off doing my own thing on my own time.
